Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and comfortable overall, but the bed was as hard as the floor, and the pillow was too small for a couple. Switching to a twin room helped, but the beds still weren't the most comfortable. The staff, especially Miyamoto, was incredibly friendly and helpful, even with a sudden large group causing chaos during breakfast. The location, although not central, is convenient for accessing the Nakasendo trail, yet a bit far from the JR station. The dining options were limited but satisfactory. The facilities were decent, but nothing extravagant.
The hotel's rooms are small but well-equipped and comfortable. The service staff is friendly and helpful, offering guidance on transportation. While the location is industrial and distant from amenities, it is suitable for exploring nearby attractions. Overall, the facilities provided are satisfactory.
The hotel was a bit out of Tienes but was spotless and quiet. The rooms were quite small considering the location. The service was very nice and helpful, especially Miyamoto, who went out of their way to provide information for our next destination. The location was far off the station area, but the staff were good at providing directions.
The hotel was clean and comfortable with a great view. The staff was helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. Despite being a bit far from the train station, the hotel's value for money was excellent.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and ready upon my arrival, a real nice touch. They were impeccably clean and provided a quiet environment. However, the location was a bit distant from restaurants and train stations.
